I think the judge on trial in this case should figure out what sort of deal he can get. It is one thing to be charged with a he-said, she-said indecent exposure crime. It is worse if you are a judge accused of doing it in your courtroom. But when the prosecuters get to put into evidence a penis pump found under your bench in the courtroom, it is time to make a deal. If I were on a jury that one would be very hard (pun intended) to explain away. I can't think of any reason to have a penis pump in the courtroom under the judges bench.
