On the 10 Commandments outside a courthouse
Professor Bainbridge tickled my funnybone again with this one:The Ten Commandments display was recently removed from the Alabama Supreme
Court building. The Supreme Court explained that you can't post a sign that says
Thou Shalt Not Steal,
Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery,
and Thou Shall Not Lie
in a building full of lawyers and politicians without creating a hostile
work environment.
